The Proposals

The proposed development includes the erection of a new distribution centre with ancillary office space, associated car parking, access and landscaping on a 7.81 hectare site at Westway Retail Park, Cumbernauld. It is anticipated that the total floor area of the development will extend to approximately 34,500 square metres.
